Let's face it if you are from outside and are top ceo you may not want to come to a company that does not have potential to earn over 1 billion dollars a year in revenue that is fair i would not blame them I hope we are wrong that they were desperate and had to hire within I thought they would have found someone from outside. These are valid concerns not to ctritize anyone in board I hope this is not a ceo carousel if for some reason chuck does not last for one year that would be very disappointing just my humble opinion I hope chuck does well we as shareholders have right to voice our concerns
