The licenses cover an area with an intracratonic basin in the Amazon Cratin, emplaced over crystalline basement rocks of the Jamari metamorphic complex and Mesoproterozoic Rapakivi granites. Its Ariquemes Tin Project comprises a land package in Brazil.

RE:Skinner's buying...After 4 attempts, Skinner finally got it right on SEDI. He purchased 26,000 shares at $0.34 each for a total of $8,840. Didn't think reporting a simple transaction like that would be so difficult for the guy. Obviously, many simple things are just too tough for this management...  MSBT
