Enbridge Inc. is an energy transportation and distribution company. The Company operates through five business segments: Liquids Pipelines, Gas Transmission and Midstream, Gas Distribution and Storage, Renewable Power Generation, and Energy Services. A carbon tax ( I'm writing this slowly bttmfisher, because I understand you read slowly. Even now I can see you moving your lips as you read this), is a tax on carbon pollution. It does not apply to energy produced by wind, water or nuclear. Thus, its called a carbon tax, not an energy tax.  Your welcome.
