These and other questions (some of which were raised by earlier posters here) has lead me to decide to wait before buying. If that turns out to be wrong then so be it (better safe than sorry as they say).
The other question in my mind is why is Dominion selling and at what would appear to be at the lower end of the valuation range? They do seem to want to virtue signalling and moving more deeply into renewables especially offshore wind but they also have a fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders and so the question becomes - "Are there skeltons in that closet?" I dunno but it is a red flag of sorts.
Anyway, time will tell and most times being patient pays off.
