RE:RE:INSIDER TRANSACTIONS August It's interesting. If you are doing this in a planned, orderly way, then why would you purposely sell when the stock is trading near three years low and down 95% from peak? Also, the trading volume is so thin, I would think that selling into this market could depress the stock further, Especially, if you were an insider, and you know about all these amazing catalysts that we keep hearing about. especially, with all the negative news, about the AMF serious allegations, and potentially the removal of this individual as a Director in banning them for five years if this allegation is proven in court? It just doesn't seem to make sense if you have such a high confidence in the company and inside knowledge about what's going to happen.
I just need someone to give me the logic behind this?
