Why not a new (interim) ceo? I believe it would be wiser for PPP to leave his position as CEO to another executive independent of Pyro's current management and concentrate on his defense against the AMF's allegations and his possible appearance before the administrative court.
Although his track record since 1991 may have been deemed indispensable to Pyro's evolution, another executive with no affiliation with the Pascali family and proven skills could provide the impetus needed to achieve the sales targets under negotiation with industrialists such as IOC, Rio Tinto, Vale and others.
