Neighbourly's dividend

Neighbourly's dividendNeighbourly pays out a little over $2M per quarter in dividends, or ~$8M/year. The dividend is so low that it is almost meaningless but is probably there as an enticement for investors who buy on margin. Maybe they should cut the dividend and apply those monies towards servicing the debt. Cutting the dividend wouldn't affect the already-destroyed SP very much, in fact the stock may get a boost from it.
