Wonder1stock

Wonder1stock Spin off- no one will want whatever SIC wants to spin. It will take tens of millions of dollars to prove any economical value of each and every property SIC controls at this time. Juniors are desperate for financing and seniors preserve capital during bear markets. Take -overs by seniors are done at the very peak of a bull market when they can use high stock price as currency. SIC can spin some properties into a new shell company ...but judging by current stock price that shell company will be worth a penny- one penny that is. As for the danger of stock consolidation SiC placed itself at the mercy of the next smart guy who might be willing to place a bet on a very confused management team and do a PP BUT after share consolidation. One name comes to mind and you are welcome to check MO of that individual. Driling- God be with us. Don't hold your breath.
