RE:5 year returnSeriously dude just stop talking now. Like Gilles you have an excuse for every failure. Hmmm? As I have pointed out there are endless examples of companies that have succeeded spectacularily in the last five years it is cold comfort to shareholders to say "hey cheer up, It could have been worse". I am struck I must say by the pervasive zietgiest the pervades Ceapro and eminates from the top that failure is acceptable that we can always just drop any project and move on to the next big thing with barely a second thought. This culture of failure is death to a company, we need a leader that can bring the energy and the urgency that brings results a leader that inspires and is maybe actually willing to live where the business is. To be onsite 18 hours a day who will roll up there sleeves and get dirty. Engage with the shareholders understand that he works for us and take us all on that journey to success. That person is out there if we are willing to go find him/her.
