Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

We have 12 clinical study sites Sherry Mcfarland research team St Michael cancer research centre.
Multiple patents and publications .
There should be enough highly experienced contacts to get some financing.
Don't forget dr Odin canacord inv.
So I take your option 2
