RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:A key question...As Charlie Munger says, "If you mix terds with raisins, you've still got terds."  To boot, this company is a terd in Edmonton! 

Gilles Gagnon has single-handely turned Ceapro into a terd.  No re-investment in the company, no viable vision for the company, only taking money out for himself and now the bored.

I think we have been going about this the wrong way, we need to figure out how to GO AFTER THE BOARD and reveal their negligence in governance.
