Its operations include oil sands development, production and upgrading; offshore oil production; petroleum refining in Canada and the United States; and the Company’s Petro-Canada retail and wholesale distribution networks (including Canada’s Electric Highway, a coast-to-coast network of fast-charging electric vehicle (EV) stations). The Company is developing petroleum resources while advancing the transition to a lower-emissions future through investments in lower-emissions intensity power, renewable feedstock fuels and projects targeting emissions intensity. Do you think Holiday Inn and Marriotte etc will let Hilton have an advantage? Nope. First it was cable tv and then internet for hotels. Now, every hotel will have chargers which means all the little hotels will have to get them or be left behind. The fear of being unable to charge on road trips just went poof.

Walmart's announcement to supply EV chargers means that all of its competitors will have to meet the challenge as Costco and Target are not going to take an knee. Same thing for 7/11's competitors.

I keep reading here that there is nothing to fear from the rapidly increasing adoption of EV's. Hmmm.

funny that hotels/motels don't install gas stations

Walmart, home of the parking lot squatters. I doubt tesla owners are walmart shoppers anyway.
