There are a lot of variables here in terms of whether tis is a good deal or not and most of that is essentially unknown at this time. In an earlier post i mentioned that a key issues is that the debt assumed by ENB is short term variable rate and so a lot will depend on what interest rates are when the deal is closed. Right nonbody has the answer to that question..all is speculation.
When I put all this together and given my age and predisposition to safety, I will sit this out for now. Others who are a diffent situation than me may well take a different perspective.
So my best advice is to ignore the assessments by the various banks and decide what to do based on your particular situation and tolerance to risk.
