Ah yes, i remember, Financing on september 2023 they said on web interview (you can have that on youtube), that's very soon ! Ok, maybe later, i read in April 2023 (their own Corp. Presentation) on page 15...Arrange financing in 2023  if they want to begin construction in 2024...ah I forget for the financing...forest fire in june is maybe a good reason for adding another delay...
