Okay for sure you can't be an actual subject matter expert after 5 years of experience and only 2 years in projects. This is not a good look for Nano One. These qualifications describe a fairly junior role not an SME that will lead the company.

"Automation Project Lead will be the Automation SME for the company and lead key phases of project delivery."

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in industrial automation
2 years of experience leading a project team including: implementing automation solutions in new facilities, managing project deliverables for automation and controls, managing engineering service providers and subcontractors on-site
