new FFO is 15,382 over 37,857 = .406 per unit or of 61.5% FFO payout ratio. Seems like a healthy payout ratio to me. The capital expenditure is the unhealthy part but again this creates value.. its not money out the window.
I am personally not worried about the distributions being reduced
