Dividend Cut?They paid out 200m via the SIB to investors at $15.5, now they will claw back a measely ~15m a year in dividend savings....that would basically admit the SIB was a historic blunder and done for DAM exit liquidity only.
Nothing material has changed since June as far as macro/office is concerned.
It wouldnt be good optics to perform a dividend cut after a massive SIB.
The investor presentation either spooked some big holder or as management believes, an index is going to dump D due to market cap.
