American & German Cannabis Update
Fresh update at the #cannabis sector with
Tim Seymour interview with The Dales Report

is up on the YouTube channel.

In the latest Trade to Black podcast, Tim Seymour, the host of CNBC's Fast Money, shared his thoughts on the FDA's role and concerns surrounding its handling of CBD and what this could mean for rescheduling based on recent news involving the HHS's recommendation to the DEA that cannabis be rescheduled.

Seymour highlighted the feedback he received from lobbyists and insiders in Washington, D.C., who previously dismissed the notion of safe banking and state banks for the cannabis industry. However, these same individuals suggested that FDA regulation, with THC following behind CBD, may be the only acceptable path forward.

He emphasized the complexity that arises when multiple government agencies get involved, delaying the financial impact on companies in the sector. He expresses his belief that cannabis should have been rescheduled long ago and touched upon misperceptions surrounding the plant's potential.
