You may have opened kind of a can of worms with this BRICSCoin thing.
I've been searching the net since I saw your post this morning, and find it difficult to get any kind of a handle on what this is about.
As near as I can figure, some entities are trying to capitalize on the hype surrounding the possibility of the BRICS nations coming up with a common currency.
There are now approximately 23,000 cryptocurrencies. 
Except for a handfull, these crypto miners are kind of like junior gold mining penny stocks. Every once in a while, one seems to get lucky. 
We can probably count on more showing up that appear to be tied to the real BRICS.
I think what you've uncovered is more about a scam than anything else.
