The Company also owns a 2% net smelter return (NSR) revenue-based royalty that applies to 65,000 hectares of exploration ground around Hochschild’s Mara Rosa mine in Goias State in central Brazil.

Private placement…

Excellent private placement. Here is why I think it is excellent:
1 No warrants!
2 Four month hold.
3 A very good price at $1.35
4 No warrents!!

As for today's trading, the stock may drop to 1.35 but should quickly rebound.
