RE:LURI received shares from my CUR shares when they did the spin out.
Since that time it has basically been down down down
this is because of huge dilution, which is the main reason for losses in the world of junior resource stocks
I am not saying that this stock will not go a lot higher or that they have not got what it takes in terms of properties but there are many examples of this in the sector like Fission where they have world cless deposits but the shareholders have not reaped their just rewards
I was fortunate to sell my shares not long after I received them for about 85 cents but I have kept my eye on this stock and even considered buying back in until I got quite the shock today looking at their presentation on the website and saw over 200 million s/o.
Again it may look like a good buy at the current valuation but personally I am very wary of companies that do this to shareholders.
If I had not sold my shares I would now be down by over 75%
This real number of s/o is not shown by stockhouse which is a another warning to always dig deeper before making any decision.
