AETH's recent signing of a Profit and Intellectual Property Share Agreement with IDIPLOYER mark a significant milestone, encompassing the development, deployment marketing and sales of drones and UAVs.

From the date of the agreement, profit sharing on all of IDIPLOYER's NeXus and NeXusPlus Drone-in-a-Box sales are covered alongside joint ownership of all IP software and co-development.

Tapping into its extensive global network and providing new customer and industry research alongside client prospecting and sales negotiations, AETH will assist IDIPLOYER with its business development, marketing and sales of its Drone product line for a cut of the profits.

Additionally, AETH will hire a software engineer to work directly with IDIPLOYER to design and develop its software solutions to meet individual client needs and secure further sales. Each company will own 50% of the IP software developed.

AETH President & CEO Phil Lancaster expressed his thoughts on this milestone, saying:
“This is another significant milestone for Aether as we continue to grow the business through our ongoing investment into IdroneImages (IDIPLOYER). Consolidating our resources allows us to expand our reach when it comes to global sales and joint research and development”
This news follows AETH's previous Strategic Partnerships with Limitless Integrations LLC, an integration solutions and deployment service provider for surveillance technologies, safety and security communications and with Senseta, an AI-driven cybersecurity and intelligent drone services company.

This partnership, in conjunction with AETH's previous Strategic Partnerships with Limitless Integrations LLC and Senseta, reinforces AETH's three-part business strategy, encompassing drone design and development, automation and integration and drone base station infrastructure and technology.
