more like relief rally as there is some 'hope' left...US there is much pot in the streets it's already legal in the US...legalization by the politicians won't change a damn thing on the fundamentals of growing pot and losing money selling pot.
the stock market is dead in Canada...in the TSX, CSE and TSV..and same in the US penny stock land.
all the volume is mostly algos flipping shares with each other. and dead cat bounces like pot sector..the last gasp of air before filing for bankruptcy or issue more shares to book runners to stay in business.
if a business cannot sustain cash to pay employees, rent,,it has to borrown money from bookrunners. or bankrupt from creditors. these are businesses ..and business that cannot pay bills or interest on debt go bankrupt known as debtor in possession. and shut down operations. and shares are worhthless. that capitalism..why invest in money losing business or companies?
