Exro / VMC

The supplier "Exro" (see last press release) has a market capitalization of CAD 377 million. The revenue in the last quarter of 2.5 million is lower and the loss of 12 million is higher than at VMC. Is Exro valued way too high or VMC too low at 60 million?
