RE:RE:WowAlmost 40% of thier offices are in Alberta and Saskatchewan. I know properties in downtown calgary core being sold for $75/SF for repurposing with the $15M grant from the city.
I understand that dream has some toronto DT core properties, but it also has some weaker ones.
Only 22 properties are in downtown toronto.
I am not saying Dream office is a bad buy here, but im saying that people often lean too hard on the DT toronto core assets and dont consider some of the other assets are worth far less than the debt.
