1) finance closed 
2) uplift ( people globally can trade the tsx v whereas Toronto cannot trade the nex..)
3) nice shiny rig at sight 
4) black gold gushing ... then flowing straight into shareholders pocket ... followed by more of the same from the next 25 plus wells ... 
5) and then the piece de la resistance a nice big project/ projects to top off what has to be the greatest Phoenix rising from the proverbial ashes in quite some time ....  

Then ladies and gents a nice shareholder meeting at a luxury destination of our choosing!
