RE:Black Invests $5,000.000

RE:Black Invests $5,000.000Interesting thought on Black's past investment.

The share price pattern is currently very similar to the last time that Lewis (and other insiders) put a huge amount of their own money into this.

The share price was a high of $0.86 prior to the drop off, and fell all the way to a low of $0.195, which was in July of 2017, just prior to the announcement of Black's $5 million (US) investment of his personal money on August 11, 2017.

July 2017 (prior to the NR): Share price was a low of $0.195.
August 2017 (month of the NR): Share price close the month with a high of $0.445 (230% gain).
September 2017 (month after NR): Share price close the month with a high of $0.69 (350% gain).
Forward to June 2018 (10 months after NR): Share price at $0.96 (490% gain in just 10 months).

Entering the next phase, and needing to raise a % of the next KFW loan to fund the downstream, is it possible that this is the action that is currently happening, just like six years ago?

It would make a lot of sense, and it should be the last opportunity for them to buy shares low and load up before this all happens.
