RE:RE:HOT.unI suspect a lot of stop losses were triggered at $2 and just below which accounts for the higher volume. However, the volume in nohwere near annual highs. Small cap stocks like this are easily manipulated. Looking at the chart, shorts were likely targetting sub $2 and they succeeded. The distribution, however, at a 50% payout ratio is very conservative and safe. Management was prudent to re-introduce it as such. Anyone screaming reverse split or "take it to the woodshed" is short and looking for blood.
If this can survive covid when NO ONE was travelling and almost no revenue, then it will survive an economic period of higher than average costs but also a return to pre-covid revenue.
