Tsmith, why don't you, on behalf of this board, contact QTRH and ask them to explain the motion. Sharing that info would be an excellent contribution to the board.

In previous posts, you've mentioned QTRH buying back 50 million shares. Not going to happen, at any level IMO. Resources will be spent on growth initiatives.
