1. You are buying a non controlling interest in a piece of real estate, so there is no way this sells at full value unless a takeover happens.
2. Why compare Toronto to US cities? completely different geographies. Canadians REITs didnt get a big selloff while US REITs were falling 10% a day. FFO wise Canadian and us office REITs are traidng at similar multipls now.
