pela and EnhertuMatt said that the ADC treatment Enhertu is "going to be a monster". He also said that  while it was tested for hr + patients, it also seems to work in negative.

So we will have to pursue patients who fail with Enhertu for m BC. 

Not as encouraging as panc.
