RE:How is the company management and JD turn this around ?I have some questions myself about everything. It often seems like even when the company did not have something truly substantial, whoever was responsible for their NRs would try to frame it to be more exciting than it was. Which is forgivable to a point; sometimes, things are potentially very exciting and don't work out. That's life. But investors and potential investors read statements very literally. They have to.
For instance, how did the company become involved with Nicholas Montoya?
When I did some fact finding on Quantum Labs some time ago, I had to email three different Government bodies in the state of New Mexico (including the city of Rio Rancho) itself to discover that Quantum Labs was not, in fact, an existing or established "State of the Future" 6000 square foot operation located in a "Science and Technology district" in Rio Rancho, but was a small operation in quiet industrial zone in Albuqueque, and that Nicholas Montoya is selling mostly established forms of refined cannabis product such as shatter rather than ultra pure CBD or THC isolates.
In other words, at the time the
news release in January 2022 was given to us, we were given what I would consider to be materially misleading information about the condition of Quantum Labs as a business, which might have given investors the impression that QL was closer than it was to implementing SIXW's technology and thus becoming a source of revenue for SIXW.
