The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Eagle Ford in the United States. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DividentsGot it the date of record in the notice is taking the time to record the purchase. It is ex-dividend as of the 14th so as long as you owned the shares at the close of the 13th you get the dividend.

Assuming the press release on Batyex is correct as long as you owend the sharfes as of the close of the 15th trading day you will get the dividend.
