RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Here's a thoughtEoganacht, here is what I found after googling "Non-Brokered private placement"(like TLT did).
Benefit of Non-Brokered Private Placement...
"In addition to cost savings related to investment banking fee, companies using non-brokered private placement has the ability to hand-select investors".
At this point in time if TLT doesn't want shares(and warrants) in unfriendly hand, a non-brokered private placement is the way to go.
Note: That could in part explain why some peoples were refused to participate in the private placement.
As for financing, people on this board have absolutely no idea how much money is needed to get to BTD(so they speculate negatively).
As was said many many time before on this board, the reason people talk negatively about the finance is because they have absolutely no valid arguments to oppose to the superiority of the CR% of TLT treatment over other FDA approved treatment for BCG resistant patients.
As we speak TLT Ruvidar is 50% better than the best FDA approved treatment for BCG-Resistant(Adstiladrin 24%CR at 12 months).
For these people it is much easier to talk negatively about the finance than to talk positively about a treatment that is so much better than anything out there.
