RE:Money owed to Quarterhill from wi-lan saleAnderson, Tosto and Steer were NOT on the Wilan BoD.  Read their bios and do some research and ask yourself if they have the skill sets that QTRH needs going forward.  Of course we'll need to hear from Myers and what that direction looks like. 

A bit of a head start for your research Tsmith...Steer's fintech background could be a good fit. Tosto is a mergers/acquisitions lawyer with lots experience in "rail" and was a Paul Hill appointee.  Anderson deals mostly in the transformative change and strategy areas. All are Canadians.
