Poor performance

What killed them was that as many people went to stores and volumes stayed constant, but that they had to give discounts. Or something similar. The dollar' weakness did not help either. 
Also they have too many people at HQ as their end office is several times larger than main competitor. Honestly they can do better. 

Silver lining is that a 40-70 cent a share profit this year is looking likely (I think the lower end is more probable) so the stock might recover a bit. 

Anyways no improvement in sigh when it comes to shareholder relations.
