their current price target is $8 (USD)…. they feel that In an upside scenario, the value could reach $10, assuming reduced interest rates in 2024 (which, imo, would require a sharp drop in the CPI over the next 3 quarters) and premium valuations for divestments… conversely, in a downside scenario they predict a value of $6, assuming discounted divestments and limited share buybacks, which may result in another dividend cut...
