Both HPQ and PYR benefiting from Fumed Silica monetizingIn yesterday's video Bernard Tourillon clearly said , several times, out of HPQ's 3 verticals , Fumed Silica will be monetizing first. There's a lot of interest in this new , one step Fumed Silica production process and things are accelerating. Besides a new NDA with a second Fumed Silica producer , HPQ already received interest from a 3rd party as well. Bernard also mentioned it will be hard to compete with PYR / HPQ new technology. Not unlikely, as suggested before from the company herself, instead of becoming a producer and selling fumed silica powder herself, selling the technology is a very serious option (... I myself would not be very much against a bidding war for this vertical, to be honest...LOL).
And remember, HPQ's fumed silica is part of HPQ Silica Polvere Inc. for which Pyrogenesis has a 10% royalty in future sales which can be converted AT ANY TIME in a 50% ownership of HPQ Polvere. A buy out of HPQ Polvere could potentially generate a lot of revenue pretty soon for both HPQ and PYR ( with a sudden massive increase in HPQ stock price and also PYR will benefit in more than 1 way... at least I will hold my shares for both companies, don't want to miss that jump).
Oh, by the way, Bernard also said last night the Silicon pour is NOT an issue, we know we will get the pour, he said , focusing on other issues now, something like moving from R&D equipment to production equipment etc. Shareholders should NOT be concerned, he clearly said. Reassuring!
Pretty good news alltogether, I would say.
