Looking at the top of the page here I have answered my own question.

Stockhouse shows a bid of 6000 and an ask of 660,000.

The DM board also clarifies my TD watchlist numbers. The watchlist shows (256) and (496) whereas Stockhouse shows 251,000 and 200,000. TD being real time and SH being delayed time.

But 3 zero's added seems to be the number I was wondering about. The 660 on ROI just kind of caught me offguard -- not used to seeing a number like that on ROI.

I seem to remember someone saying it depends on the price level as to whether to add two zeros or 3 zeros??
