RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Distribution announcedYes, they have that cushion today, but with increasing debt costs as their loans get recycled into higher interest rates, that cushion will disappear in a hurry. Just run the numbers, it is significant.

I guess you could buy and hope for a small quick profit, but this is an income stock, and most buy it for that reason. If the income is at risk, that isn't a good long term investment.
