Funk knows exactly who owns 8 to 10 million shares. The list is very short.  I'm just wondering if someone hit the multimillion share ask whether it would disappear before the trade could be executed.  If so, that's spoofing and illegal. 


It's possible they'll hold the stock here until the company starts to run out of cash, and then let it rise.
