RE:Low Ball Offer by ElementLooked at Morningstar's ownership recordes (not the most reliable but all I could find) As of 31 Aug they have institutional ownership at 22,351,653 with Edge Point at 12,545,200. Total is less than 20 %. They don't have the votes required without retail support IMO.
