RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Anyone seen any analysts' reports Hello Dumont
You said "Wow! 1Student, talk about dreaming in Rose Coloured Glasses"
I do know, in fact I am quite certain, Soroush Nazarpour & Co are in fact well capable of achieving such a successfully secured tangible deliverable for NanoXplore and on behalf of all NanoXplore stakeholders and shareholders equally.
Alas, The scenario I somewhat elaborated upon is but a dream Dumont.
It's a dream of "The Nazarpour Gift" finally being realized by we peon NanoXplore "minority" shareholders.
By the way, a couple of years ago, I once shared a dream that XG Sciences Inc and the very issue it presented for NanoXplore would be "nipped in the bud", so to speak.
At that time, I pretty much suggested, for various reasons, that NanoXplore and XG Sciences Inc should be made to be one company.
The last time I looked NanoXplore now owns what was substantially a grood amount of XG Sciences Inc assets; and we can thank Mr. Nazarpour&Co and one of two primary XG Sciences Inc creditors over at a globally well recognized chemicals company named Dow Inc (see DowDuPont and the now stand alone Dow Chemicals) for that particular outcome.
If you or anyone else believe that a $100 Million upfront and nonrefundable initial IP licensing payment for the use of certain NanoXplore controlled trade secrets by a company like Dow Chemicals or BASF, for instance, is thought to be representative of one "dreaming in rose colored glasses", you or other would be very surprised by the fact being that such a stipulated upfront and nonrefundable initial IP licensing payment would be just one stipulated aspect supporting the existence of a comprehensive commercial agreement with any globally well known chemicals company; and there would be many more stipilated terms and conditions for sure.
Yes. It's definitely a dream; until it's not Dumont.
