RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:anybody get their 1.20 yet ?SIB   from   last   year   was   at   the   lower   end   of   the range   so   that  many   that  tendered  then    were   shut  out    like   me    so   they    retendered    again    and   did   achieve   a higher   price    this  time   .    Could   be   some   long   term   believers   tendered   hoping   to   buy   back  in  view    of  price   action   last   time.
