Hopefully the company has attracted local institutional investors (based on the volume), and later would obtain more government support (tax, exemptions, infrastructure etc).

Because they realize the end of life asset they bought in a military dictatorship, and still owe $50M on thanks to high oil price, was a short term poorly performing profit business meant to justify their inflated salaries instead of just closing shop.

If he was actually in Asia instead of Singapore utopia he would know Asia only cares to get the cheapest energy they can whether its coal, oil or gas.  China is building a record volume of coal power plants now and trippling gas imports from RU.

If VLE qwant gas they just need to spend $40M on thrace to see if there is actually commercial gas 100km from pipleines to Europe , who are currently buying record amounts of RU LNG from RU, CN, India, UAE, and USA LNG laundering mega enterprise haha.
