RE:RE:A big nothingburger

RE:RE:A big nothingburger

I have edited this to take out the more colorful realistic language a second time as I missed something that made someone sad.

Mostly serious.. I have responded to someone privately about your noting me here.. I am also Wheresjackbenny on Agroacom and banned on CEO.COM. I have apologized to fdfdfd publicly as I was especially hard on that poster but yes, there are more I am sure. If you saw my ignore list and knew WHEN the list of pumpers were ingored, you would know I turned lonnnnng ago. In any event this was my post to a private post. So yes, I am owning my actions but as I told my kids growing up, "The only mistake is the one never corrected". I suspect there are many out here that thought this thing was as real as it gets. Not everyone can look in the mirror and admit they were wrong. Not an easy thing to admit when one feels duped.

Hope this helps? lol

"you can look at my history going back to 2020 and I was an ardent supporter of the company and this investment at 100% I bought this thing hook, line and sinker. I absolutely was as the poster states hurling insults at who I considered bashers with the very best of what I had and at 60.. well.. I am quite good.. lol...

Then.. the worm (Pyrogenesis) turned.. This company and HPQ were the first two (Other than Star Diamond which I am nearly 19 years in) I had invested in outside my company 401K sponsored investment. So because of what happened with CMKX (CEO Urban Cassavant hence my handle name here) I left the market and let me add, my gut had me getting out with around $50,000 which allowed me to send my then oldest son to the Marine Mechanic Institute in Fla. Otherwise, I would have stayed in with 40K other investors who got burnt.

I sent  Pascali the book written about that whole story because I thought (at the time when I thought Pascali was genuine) it could be the company was being naked shorted. The Naked Truth by Mark Faulk chronicled that whole mess..
Ironically the book looks into the criminality of Cassavant.

I should have read into Pascali's response in a private message thanking me and telling me he was in tears?? I thought that odd at the time..

So absolutely yes.. Mostlyseriousson is correct. I was a fervent supporter of this company given this CEO was out in front of every camera available and then the NASDAQ listing was my hook, line and sinker moment. I have posted screen shots of my holdings on CEO.COM WHILE I was attacking this company. You can go back and look. I am now banned there because I came out with my gloves on once the truth as to the sham I believe this company to be, reared it's ugly head.

His Wall Street experience should have been a warning to me but I was already hooked by that time.

Will my loss break me? No.. no it will not. but.. I am a blue collar guy and when elitists reach into the pocket of the little guy to (fill in your own blanks) them over.. You can bet your butt I need a pound of flesh and posted that EXACT quote on CEO.CA when I am asked why I do not sell and move on.

I am more upset at myself for being what I would deem being suckered. I may not get out unscathed but neither will Pascali.. Whether it be in this world or the next.., .

Mostlyserious wrote: A big nothingburger is what 3P delivered in comparison to everything he had been saying a few years ago.  He knew best, thriived in insulting anybody posing thoughtful questions.  Criticized an analyst that said torch adoption would take more than a year and promised not one but several contracts within a few months.  The analyst was clearly wrong, but not as nearly as wrong as 3P.

He relished in being propped up by pumpers like thinkbig who surely must be somehow connected to keep making stuff up and put up things that don't hold water, like as if KPMG would do the kind of work that AMF does.  I see Casavantsghost now showing himself as a person of integrity while he was one of the frontmen in the pyromillionaires club that was hurling insults at people.  I guess he did not get the memo from his pumping buddies and is not happy left holding the bag while they probably did quite well.

And security regulators don't nearly investigate as much as they should.  So when they pick something, you can lay some bet that it is some kind of a burger.  Let it run its course to see what kind of a burget it is.

So far, PYR has produced tons of news releases.  The financials are poor and the biggest winner compared to average investors has been 3P.  Someone shoot me an inbox when 3P does one of those bragging bromance interviews with George on Agoracom. Those were entertaining.

Sorry for our losses, folks.  But there were many signs that this was more talk than results.  Go back three, four years, and compare the implicit promises to the actual results today.  Not even rounding.
