The Company's Treaty Creek property covers an area of approximately 17,913 hectares.

Chop away dear boy. BC is not going to withdraw its tunnel permits on a muti-billion dollar approved project where hundreds of millions has been spent on the basis of the tunnel permits when Tudor has not proved it has an economic project. And if Tudor ever does prove it has something economic, the tunnel route will be chabged by SEA to accomodate.

TC is Crown Land. It's not Tudor's.
