Sibanye-Stillwater and Nevada Copper

Sibanye-Stillwater and Nevada CopperGeneral Mine Manager at Nevada Copper Chuck Pollard joined Nevada Copper in November 2022 after restart financing has completed (He came from Sibanye-Stillwater) and the recent director who joined Nevada Copper is also on the board at Sibanye-Stillwater. David Swisher (engineer) also worked at Stillwater and worked for Nevada Copper for a while too.

Sibanye-Stillwater have a joint venture with another company in Nevada.

Possible merger or takeover from these guys? Is this the company who wanted to take control of Nevada Copper back in October 2022 when this was annouced?
