RE:RBC -Reduces PT to $8.00 from $9.00 (USD)Still very happy watching this from the sidelines. It has no current catalyst to start moving back up. The market is not going to change its mind,and neither am I, until there is solid, demonstrated improvement in capital allocation and operating performance.
