On March 11, 2020 the WHO declared COVID-19 viral disease a pandemic. On May 4, 2023, the International Health Regulations (IHR) Emergency Committee of the WHO downgraded the COVID-19 pandemic

On March 20 according to the 5 yr chart it traded at $0.20 so it may well hve traded down to $0.17 at one point in the day.
